We are currently recruiting experienced Welder Fabricatorsfor multiple full-time, permanent roles across Rathangan, Wicklow, and the wider Leinster region. Requirements
To be considered, you must have:
Minimum 5 years’ experienceas a Welder Fabricator
Valid and clean Irish driving licence
Safe Pass(mandatory)
Manual Handling certificate
Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings
Experience with MIG, TIG, and ARC welding (depending on role)
Experience working with mild steel, stainless steel, and structural steel
High attention to detail and quality
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Strong time management and reliability
EU/EEA passport or valid right to work in Ireland
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
As a Welder Fabricator, your daily duties will include:
Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings, schematics, and blueprints
Measuring, marking, cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components
Welding steel components using MIG, TIG, and/or ARC processes
Fabricating structural steel, frames, platforms, staircases, handrails, brackets, and bespoke metalwork
Operating workshop machinery such as guillotines, press brakes, saws, grinders, and drills
Ensuring all welds meet quality and safety standards
Inspecting finished work for accuracy, strength, and finish
Carrying out repairs, modifications, and maintenance welding
Working to tight deadlines without compromising quality
Following all health & safety procedures on-site and in the workshop
Maintaining a clean and organised workspace
Liaising with supervisors, engineers, and other trades
Occasionally attending site installations and fit-outs (depending on role)
