We are currently recruiting experienced Welder Fabricatorsfor multiple full-time, permanent roles across Rathangan, Wicklow, and the wider Leinster region. Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

  • Minimum 5 years’ experienceas a Welder Fabricator

  • Valid and clean Irish driving licence

  • Safe Pass(mandatory)

  • Manual Handling certificate

  • Strong ability to read and interpret technical drawings

  • Experience with MIG, TIG, and ARC welding (depending on role)

  • Experience working with mild steel, stainless steel, and structural steel

  • High attention to detail and quality

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Strong time management and reliability

  • EU/EEA passport or valid right to work in Ireland

Day-to-Day Responsibilities

As a Welder Fabricator, your daily duties will include:

  • Reading and interpreting fabrication drawings, schematics, and blueprints

  • Measuring, marking, cutting, shaping, and assembling metal components

  • Welding steel components using MIG, TIG, and/or ARC processes

  • Fabricating structural steel, frames, platforms, staircases, handrails, brackets, and bespoke metalwork

  • Operating workshop machinery such as guillotines, press brakes, saws, grinders, and drills

  • Ensuring all welds meet quality and safety standards

  • Inspecting finished work for accuracy, strength, and finish

  • Carrying out repairs, modifications, and maintenance welding

  • Working to tight deadlines without compromising quality

  • Following all health & safety procedures on-site and in the workshop

  • Maintaining a clean and organised workspace

  • Liaising with supervisors, engineers, and other trades

  • Occasionally attending site installations and fit-outs (depending on role)
