Are you an experienced team leader with a background in food production? Our client is currently seeking a Production Team Leader to join their dynamic team in Naas.


About the Role:
As Production Team Leader, you will play a key role in the day-to-day management of our production operations. You'll be responsible for leading and motivating your team to ensure quality, efficiency, and safety standards are consistently met.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Supervise daily production activities to meet targets and deadlines

  • Ensure adherence to health, safety, and hygiene regulations

  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across the production line

  • Provide training, coaching, and performance feedback to team members

  • Monitor product quality and troubleshoot production issues as needed

What We’re Looking For:

  • Previous experience in a food production environment is desirable

  • Strong leadership and communication skills

  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented setting

  • Proactive problem solver with a focus on results

  • Flexibility and a can-do attitude

Location: Naas, Co. Kildare
Hours: Monday to Friday, 6:00am – 2:30pm
Salary: DOE
