The Opportunity

We are currently seeking experienced Project Managers and Senior Project Managers for a range of opportunities across Ireland.

We are looking to speak with professionals who have a strong understanding of the Irish construction and property development market, particularly those with experience working within consultancy, client-side or development environments.

We are recruiting for a variety of projects across sectors including residential, commercial, office, hotel, mixed-use and wider property development, with opportunities available at different levels of seniority.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Project Manager looking to take the next step in their career, as well as established Senior Project Managers and Project Directors looking for their next major project.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage projects from initial concept and planning through to completion and handover.

  • Lead and coordinate project teams, consultants, contractors and key stakeholders.

  • Manage project programmes, budgets, procurement and delivery schedules.

  • Coordinate with architects, engineers, quantity surveyors, contractors and other professional consultants.

  • Monitor project progress, costs, quality and programme performance.

  • Identify and manage project risks and implement appropriate mitigation strategies.

  • Review design information, technical documentation and construction programmes.

  • Manage tendering, procurement and contractor appointments.

  • Liaise with clients, developers, local authorities and other stakeholders.

  • Ensure projects are delivered in accordance with agreed budgets, programmes and quality standards.

  • Provide regular project reporting to senior management and clients.

  • Resolve issues and coordinate solutions throughout the project lifecycle.

  • Ensure compliance with relevant Irish construction legislation, regulations and industry standards.

  • Manage project handover, completion and close-out.

Candidate Requirements

The ideal candidate will have:

  • Minimum 5 years' post-graduate experiencein project management or a closely related construction discipline.

  • Strong knowledge of the Irish construction industryand development market.

  • Significant experience working within a consultancy, client-side or project management environment.

  • Experience managing construction projects from inception through to completion.

  • Strong understanding of project programmes, budgets, procurement and construction delivery.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder-management skills.

  • Strong commercial awareness and the ability to manage project costs and risks.

  • Experience coordinating multidisciplinary teams and external consultants.

  • Strong knowledge of Irish construction practices, regulations and standards.

  • A relevant third-level qualification in Construction Management, Engineering, Quantity Surveying, Architecture, Project Management or a related discipline.

We are particularly interested in candidates who have worked on large-scale or complex developmentsand have experience managing multiple stakeholders throughout the project lifecycle.

Salary & Package

€50,000 – €150,000+
