We are currently recruiting for an experienced Painter to work on a busy housing development in Nenagh, Co. Tipperary.
This is a temporary position working on newly built residential properties, carrying out painting and finishing work to a high standard.
Key Duties:
Interior painting of newly built houses kitchen cabinets being sprayed
Preparing surfaces prior to painting.
Applying paint to woodwork and other required surfaces.
Carrying out touch-ups and snagging work where required.
Ensuring a clean and professional finish
Keeping work areas clean, tidy and organised.
Working alongside other trades and following instructions from site management.
Completing allocated houses and areas within agreed timeframes.
Requirements:
Previous professional painting experience is essential.
Experience working on construction sites or housing developments would be a strong advantage.
Valid Safe Pass.
Valid Manual Handling Certificate.
Good level of English and ability to understand site instructions.
Reliable, punctual and capable of working independently.
Strong attention to detail and pride in the quality of finished work.
