We are recruiting for a Customer Service & Trade Counter Representative to join an established Dublin-based supplier. This is a varied role combining customer service, order processing, trade counter support, and general administration.
Key Responsibilities
Handling customer enquiries by phone, email, and in person.
Processing orders and maintaining customer records using Sage.
Supporting customers at the trade counter.
Assisting with order fulfilment, including occasional picking and packing of customer orders.
Working closely with colleagues to ensure excellent customer service.
Requirements
Previous customer service, administration, or trade counter experience.
Experience with Sage is an advantage.
Strong communication and organisational skills.
Positive attitude and willingness to work as part of a small team.
Location: Dublin 11
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:30am – 5:00pm
Salary: €32,000+ DOE
