Senior Bespoke Joiner (High-End Fit-Out)

The Opportunity

We are working with a well-established, forward-thinking joinery and fit-out specialist delivering premium projects across Ireland. Operating for over 15 years, this company has built a strong reputation for high-quality craftsmanship, fast delivery, and large-scale commercial fit-outs across multiple sectors.

Due to continued growth, they are looking to bring in a top-tier Bespoke Joinerwho can operate at a high level, work at pace, and deliver exceptional finishes across demanding projects.

The Role

You will be working on high-end bespoke joinery and fit-out projects, including:

  • Premium restaurants, bars, and hospitality venues

  • Hotels and large commercial interiors

  • High-spec residential kitchens and bespoke furniture

  • Schools and public sector buildings

  • Office and commercial fit-outs

This is a hands-on role requiring precision, speed, and the ability to meet tight deadlines without compromising on quality.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manufacture and install high-end bespoke joineryto exact specifications

  • Work with a variety of materials including Corian and solid surfaces

  • Read and interpret technical drawings and plans

  • Deliver projects within strict deadlines and fast-paced environments

  • Maintain exceptional attention to detail and finish quality

  • Collaborate with site teams, project managers, and other trades

  • Ensure all work meets health & safety standards

Requirements (Non-Negotiable)

  • Minimum 6+ years’ experience in joinery(essential)

  • Proven experience in high-end fit-outs and bespoke projects

  • Strong experience working with Corian and solid surface materials

  • Ability to work fast, efficiently, and under pressure

  • Fluent English(spoken and written)

  • Full driver’s licence

  • Must be an EU citizen / eligible to work in Ireland
