High-End Bespoke Joiner (Nationwide travel)

You’ll join an established, well-resourced manufacturer of bespoke contract furniture and high-end interiors, known for precision craftsmanship and on-time delivery for blue-chip projects across Ireland and the UK. The workshop is modern, the team is skilled and welcoming, and you’ll be trusted with premium materials, tools, and finishes on prestige fit-outs.

What you’ll do

• Manufacture and install high-end bespoke joinery (kitchens, wardrobes, wall panelling, reception counters, feature joinery, etc.) to exacting tolerances.

• Read and interpret detailed drawings/CAD, set out on site, and solve problems quickly and cleanly.

• Carry out high-quality site fitting nationwide: second-fix, scribing, templating, alignment, and finishing to premium standards.

• Collaborate with production managers, site managers, and designers to hit programme dates while protecting quality.

• Follow best practice for H&S, site etiquette, and care of tools/vehicles.

• Mentor apprentices/junior fitters where needed.

What you’ll bring

• 5+ years’ experience in premium/bespoke joinery (manufacture and on-site fitting).

• Mastery of hand tools and modern woodworking machinery; strong finishing skills.

• Confidence with drawings, setting-out, and site coordination with other trades.

• Full, clean driving licence and willingness to travel nationwide (occasional UK trips a plus).

• Pride in workmanship, reliability, and a solutions mindset.

• €50,000 base salary with extensive overtime available (typical potential +€10,000/year).
