The Opportunity
We are recruiting on behalf of a well-established and growing business operating within the kitchen, bespoke joinery, and fit-out sector, delivering projects across both residential and commercial markets.
Due to continued growth, they are seeking a Customer Service Executive to take ownership of the customer journey — ensuring a seamless experience from initial order through to final installation and sign-off.
This is a critical, detail-driven rolethat sits at the intersection of clients, fitters, and internal teams.
The Role
You will act as the primary point of contact for clients throughout the full lifecycle of their project, ensuring clear communication, accurate documentation, and efficient coordination at every stage.
This role requires someone who can manage multiple moving parts simultaneously, maintain high standards of organisation, and ensure that both customer expectations and operational deadlines are consistently met.
Key Responsibilities
Client & Project Management
Act as the main liaison between clients and installation teams, ensuring clear and consistent communication
Guide customers through the full kitchen/joinery journey, from order confirmation to final installation
Manage expectations and provide timely updates on project progress
Coordination with Fitters & Internal Teams
Work closely with fitters on a daily basis to coordinate schedules, resolve issues, and track progress
Ensure all project requirements are clearly communicated and executed on-site
Proactively identify and address potential delays or challenges
Procurement & Order Management
Assist with procurement of materials and components, ensuring accuracy and timeliness
Track orders and ensure all materials are available in line with installation schedules
Documentation & Reporting
Ensure all project documentation is accurate, up to date, and fully signed off
Prepare and deliver regular reports for clients, stakeholders, and shareholders
Maintain detailed records across all stages of each project
Customer Service & Issue Resolution
Handle any customer queries or issues in a professional and solution-focused manner
Take ownership of problems and ensure they are resolved efficiently
Maintain a consistently high standard of customer care and communication
Requirements
Proven experience in a customer service, coordination, or administrative role
Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously
Excellent communication skills — fluent English essential
High level of IT proficiency(reporting, documentation, systems)
Ability to work in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
Experience within kitchens, construction, or a similar industry is a distinct advantage
