€70,000 – €100,000 DOE + Package (Client Dependent)
We are recruiting experienced Construction Managers / Project Managers for long-term roles across Ireland. These positions are with established, high-performing construction and specialist trade companies delivering commercial, industrial, and high-end residential projects.
This role is for someone who can take full ownership of projects— from planning and budgeting to delivery and client satisfaction.

Role & Responsibilities
As a Construction / Project Manager, you will:
Manage projects from start to finish, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to specification
Plan and schedule works, resources, and labour effectively
Coordinate subcontractors, trades, and suppliers
Monitor project budgets, costs, and progress
Ensure compliance with health & safety regulations
Conduct site inspections and quality control checks
Liaise with clients, consultants, and senior management
Prepare reports, updates, and documentation
Identify and resolve issues quickly and efficiently
Drive project performance and team accountability
Requirements
Proven experience as a Construction Manager or Project Manager
Strong background in construction or specialist trades
Full, clean driving licence
Valid Safe Pass
Manual Handling certificate
Excellent leadership and communication skills
Ability to read drawings and technical documents
Organised, proactive, and solutions-focused
EU/EEA passport or valid right to work in Ireland
