We are currently recruiting an experienced Fitterto join a highly established, fast-growing business specialising in high-end joinery, bespoke interiors, and premium fit-outsacross commercial, retail, hospitality, and luxury residential projects.

This company delivers some of the most detailed and high-spec interior work in Ireland — from custom-built furniture and kitchens to full interior installations. Their reputation is built on precision, quality, and craftsmanship, and they only want people who match that standard.

This is not basic site work. This is detail-driven, high-finish installation.

Role & Responsibilities

As a Fitter, your day-to-day duties will include:

  • Installing bespoke joinery, cabinetry, kitchens, wardrobes, wall panelling, and custom-built furniture

  • Reading and interpreting detailed technical drawings and site plans

  • Ensuring millimetre-perfect fitting and finishing

  • On-site assembly of pre-fabricated components

  • Scribing, trimming, adjusting, and modifying units on-site

  • Working with materials such as MDF, plywood, solid timber, veneers, laminates, and composites

  • Installing ironmongery, hinges, runners, soft-close systems, and specialist fittings

  • Ensuring all work meets the highest finish standards

  • Liaising with site managers, project managers, and other trades

  • Identifying and resolving on-site issues efficiently

  • Maintaining a clean, professional working area

  • Following all health & safety procedures

  • Representing the company professionally on client sites

Requirements

To be considered, you must have:

  • Proven experience as a Fitter / Installer / Joinery Fitter

  • Strong experience with high-end or bespoke installations

  • Full, clean Irish driving licence

  • Valid Safe Pass

  • Manual Handling certificate

  • Ability to work independently and to deadlines

  • Strong problem-solving ability

  • High attention to detail

  • EU/EEA passport or valid right to work in Ireland
